Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Republicard PH ("Republicard", the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by [Republicard PH operating entity]. By creating an account, purchasing a card, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Republicard is a premium NFC business card platform. It lets you create a digital profile with a public card page and a physical Republicard NFC card that opens your card page when tapped on a phone. You can also share your card by link. The Service includes the website, the dashboard, public card pages, and any physical cards we supply.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
The Service is intended for professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Purchases and Platform Access
Republicard cards are sold for a one-time price shown at checkout. Your purchase is a single payment that includes the physical Republicard NFC card and lifetime access to the platform, which covers your public card page, the dashboard, editing your card, and the features of the tier you purchased. There are no renewal fees and no subscription.

Prices, taxes, and any fees are shown before you complete a purchase. Refund and cancellation terms are described at checkout and in any order confirmation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing;
- upload another person's personal information without a lawful basis;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches them.
5. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of the information and materials you add to your card, such as your name, role, company, photo, and links ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including showing it on your public card page when you choose to publish it. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
The Service itself, including the Republicard name, logo, software, and design, is owned by [Republicard PH operating entity] and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
6. Physical Cards
- Delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping details are shown at or after checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- Replacement. Damaged or faulty cards may be replaced under the conditions and any fees described at the time of purchase or request. Replacement for loss may be subject to a fee.
- Deactivation of lost cards. You can deactivate a lost or stolen card from your dashboard. Once deactivated, the card stops opening your card page. Your digital profile and account remain yours.
7. Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [Republicard PH operating entity] and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the card or access giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the courts located in the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
